SeeUnity Content Sync product enhancements to streamline data updates with Webhooks option for Microsoft 365 and Filevine integrations

SeeUnity – An Anaqua Company, a leading provider of API-based content integration and migration solutions for on-premises and cloud enterprise content management applications, today announced the release of a significant Echo (Echo) content synchronization enhancement that synchronization event-oriented webhook. This feature consumes fewer resources and accelerates notification of content and metadata changes from cloud-based systems to another application, providing users with real-time data updates.

Echo is a robust content synchronization engine that allows organizations to securely connect and synchronize data between a document management system and other external applications via API. Echo can synchronize content and content changes in one or two directions on a continuous and scheduled basis, allowing users to collaborate and access up-to-date content from anywhere.

Using webhooks provides an alternative method of synchronizing data between applications. Webhooks provide data on the web when changes (events) occur, rather than relying on multiple API call requests for changes. API speed limits are often found on cloud-based systems, causing delays and bottlenecks. For customers who need regular, numerous, and timely data updates, this means they will receive information much more quickly and efficiently using webhooks.

“Once in a while, a full Echo API scan is still performed to detect missed events in common situations such as Internet crashes, system crashes, or database errors,” said Dan Hunsinger, CEO of SeeUnity. “The combination of webhooks with the full-scan security network ensures a solid, efficient and reliable integration.”

Gene D’Aversa, Senior Director of Knowledge Management and Technology Innovation, IT Division Husch Blackwell, said: “The adoption of cloud-based applications in the industry continues to grow and the associated complexities for system integration and content synchronization. SeeUnity invests in product enhancements and features that meet market challenges and help streamline the business. Over the years, we have partnered with SeeUnity to continually modernize and optimize our IT ecosystem, enabling our users to achieve more efficient processes. The ROI impact of using these integrations is significant and ultimately benefits our customers and contributes to our success. “

Echo’s webhook sync option for Microsoft 365 and Filevine is now available. Capacity is being expanded to other cloud-based systems.
