Evergent partners with Astro to drive more agile revenue

Through the agreement, Astro will use Evergent’s customer management and monetization tools to support subscription registration and management for its new streaming service, sooka. Sooka offers free content with advertising and subscription services and combines live international sports programs with popular Malaysian drama and entertainment programs.

Sooka, the streaming service recently launched by Astro, is the first platform in Malaysia to host global sports streams on mobile devices around the world, including the recent UEFA Euro 2020 tournament and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
