Deloitte Digital has acquired two creative boutiques in Southeast Asia, Pixel People, and The Union, following three acquisitions in Australia.

“I am pleased to welcome our new colleagues at Deloitte,” said Eugene Ho, regional director, and partner at Southeast Asia Consulting in Singapore. “Their deep expertise and credentials are synergistic with our service offerings, enabling us to drive growth and enhance the customer experience with data-driven creativity and technology-driven marketing.”
Pixel People was founded in 2018 by Chief Strategy Officer Fern Yit Lim and Chief Technical Officer Nev Simms, both of whom have been involved in the Singapore branch of entity Omnicom Proximity since 2016. The company is described as an independent digital consultancy and digital product accelerator in the Southeast. Asian with different specialties.
“Having worked with Deloitte Digital on previous projects, we appreciate the shared values and commitment we share to helping our people and our customers achieve success,” said the duo. “It was therefore a natural step for us to join Deloitte. We are convinced that the combination of our people and focus on using data to transform the business will deliver a winning value proposition.”
Meanwhile, The Union (founded in 2017) offers campaign planning, business consulting, and project management services, as well as experience design, platform design, construction, insights, and optimization services.
“Deloitte Digital is unquestionably an integrated experience consultancy that integrates creativity and technology to redesign brands and customer experiences,” said Hui Jun Chua, co-founder of The Union. “I look forward to being part of a team that delivers award-winning creative work and contributes to Deloitte’s growth in Southeast Asia in the commercial and marketing space.”
