Adobe today announced the completion of its acquisition of, a leading cloud-based video collaboration platform. Combining Adobe’s industry-leading video editing offerings, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects, with’s cloud-based review and approval capabilities will radically accelerate the creative process and provide a platform for the final video.

The growing demand for video means that video teams must create more and more content in close collaboration with dispersed stakeholders. Today, video review and approval processes across multiple channels are different, leading to inefficient and time-consuming workflows. To address this inefficiency, video tools must prioritize the cloud, with collaboration at its core, so that all stakeholders can effectively contribute to the creative process with the right controls, feedback mechanisms, and security.
